New Sound for Korean Church

Woosuk Presbyterian Church in Hanam City, Korea gets a completely new A/V system following its construction in 2015. After extensive consultation with many A/V companies, Technical Sound was given the design and install a complete system.

Technical Sound needed the audio system to satisfy both a high level mixed worship service and very clear speech to all parts of the temple. A Quest HPI system was selected because of the system’s very high voice intelligibility in reverberant spaces and also for its high power handling.

The primary speaker system is two pairs of HPI110 rigged on each side on the left and right sides, a single small HPI25 as short throw centre fill and two HPI-18LP subwoofer on the stage side. Two HPI5 satellite speakers act as delay on the seat side to cover a possible shaded area.  Complete clarity is maintained at all seats.

For foldback monitors, two compact co-axial QM10DC monitors for the preacher and five QM12DC monitors for the praise team.

A great result for the church and with a professional installation, not breaking the budget.
